Refund & Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We want every customer to shop with confidence.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order if the product is:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Opened body care products
  • Opened personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged through misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

  • You will receive confirmation by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace products only if they are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may qualify for return under this policy.
